Join Mad Swirl this 1st Wednesday of February (aka 02.05.25) when we’ll be doin’ the open mic voodoo that we do do at our OC home, Barbara’s Pavillion!

Hosts Johnny O & MH Clay will get things started starting with some musical grooves brought to you by Swirve (Chris & Tamitha Curiel, Gerard Bendiks) to be followed by our feature set then on to open mic madness!

This month we will be featuring the multifaceted, multitalented mad man himself, Harry McNabb! Here’s a bit about Harry:

Harry McNabb is a writer who writes ridiculous stuff and will write ridiculous stuff until the end of his life because of certain immutable neural pathways. The profane, the surreal, the profound, and the hilarious are the adjectives standing as nouns that he deals in. Don’t worry, he will entertain you. Inexplicably, he is a published author. His three books in print are “Poetry Podcast Murder” (Alien Buddha Press), “(this should be) a book of poems” (Alien Buddha Press), and “Pack Your Bags! We’re Going to Buy More Bags!” (Self-published). He lives in Dallas, Texas with his seven wives, nineteen children, and one grandchild who is in the Guinness book of world records as the human being with the largest antlers.
