Mad Swirl is excited to welcome Richard Hanus back to the Mad Gallery with a new collection of his dreamy, surreal works of art. Hanus’ pieces blend rich color and playful abstraction into scenes that feel both familiar and vaguely otherworldly. My personal favorite from this batch features a clown peeking out from behind a building, strange clouds drifting overhead. This piece, to me, captures the strange, innocent charm that runs through so much of Hanus’ work. So… what are you waiting for? Come float through and enjoy the view. ~ Madelyn Olson
